“Hey there! I’m Eric Valdez, a fitness and sports enthusiast with a deep-rooted passion for martial arts. With over four years of professional mixed martial arts experience, I’ve honed my skills and cultivated a love for unarmed combat that began over two decades ago during my high school wrestling days, where I achieved an impressive fourth-place ranking at the state level.
My journey in fitness and martial arts continued as I served in the United States Marine Corps for four years, assuming the role of a Marine Corps Martial Arts Program Instructor. This invaluable experience allowed me to share my knowledge and expertise in unarmed combat with fellow Marines.
Upon transitioning from the military, I dedicated over a decade to training in boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and even obtained certification with USA Wrestling and a Black belt under Pablo Silva BJJ . The pursuit of these disciplines has not only fueled my personal growth but has also equipped me with the necessary tools to guide others on their fitness journeys.
In 2015, I underwent knee surgery, which marked a turning point in my career. Motivated by my own recovery process, I ventured into personal training, offering support and guidance to individuals of all backgrounds, helping them improve their strength and conditioning.
If you’re seeking a dedicated and experienced trainer to take your fitness to the next level, I’m here to assist you. Let’s work together to achieve your goals and unleash your true potential!”
